We love our candles, and we hope you do, too! If you order a candle don’t love it right out of the box, you can return the unused product within 30 days of delivery.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE CANDLES
If we made a mistake or your items arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email email@example.com with your order number and details of the damaged or defective candle and we will replace it for you, on us!
We are proud of the quality of our handmade candles and hope you love them. However, we understand that sometimes it is difficult to know if a fragrance is for you. Any unburned candle can be returned for a full refund (excluding the original shipping charge) within 30 days of receiving it. After the 30 day period, candles are ineligible for refunds.
Please return eligible items to the address below with the reason for the return and your packing slip or other identifier (order number, email, name, etc.).
